The “Return of Valum Votan” Experiment 2016
Next 3.23.2016 (NS1.28.9.17) day 17 of the Solar Moon of Intention, Kin 94: White Electric Wizard) marks the five-year anniversary of the passing of Jose Arguelles/Valum Votan (03.23.2011, Kin 89) and the 1413th solar return of Pacal Votan (born 03.23.603).
In preparation for Day Out of Time 2016, Kin 218 ~White Planetary Mirror (90th galactic spin since the opening of the tomb of Pacal Votan on 06.15.2015) and to commemorate an auspicious window full of celestial events, you are invited to connect with the auroras, and synchronize with other bio-solar telepaths all around the Earth during the 5th version of the telepathic experiment “Valum Votan Returns”. Let’s participate actively of the current cosmic energies. Let’s send a telepathic signal of appreciation to our star family and in honor of the galactic intelligence brought forth by Pacal Votan and Valum Votan on behalf of the upliftment of all sentient beings.
THE DESIGN
This is a study of a remote, telepathic connection/ethereal bridge established between humans via the Kozyrev Mirrors’ system based in Novosibirsk, Russia during 03/23/2016, Kin 94: White Electric Wizard, from 12:00 pm to 01:00 pm UTC (please consult your local time @ http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html)
THE OBJECTIVE
Participants around different parts of the world will comprise a holographic fractal model of humanity’s synchronized collective consciousness. The purpose of this study is to determine patterns of instantaneous communications between humans and the mind frequency of Valum Votan and based on each participant experience determine their source or origin as coming from:
THE TIMING
On this day we will also experience a partial lunar eclipse (at 9:39 AM UTC) followed by a full moon and we are currently transiting the SOLAR MOON of Intention that includes 2 ECLIPSES. These celestial events come in pairs (Solar (+) / Lunar (-)) and act as gateways for (Male (+) / Female (-) • Magnetic (-) / Electric (+)) consciousness to re-adjust. These windows in-between eclipses are then great opportunities to enter the universal field of intention and plant noospheric seeds as new collective thought-forms. Also, continuing our One Moon = One Kin count which began in the Magnetic Moon of the Yellow Overtone Seed Year (1997), this entire Solar Moon of Intention corresponds to KIN 243, Blue Solar Night: code frequency of Valum Votan.
The day before, comets “2016 BA14 PANSTARRS” and “252P/LINEAR 2” will come to their closest orbital positions to Earth within only 1-day of difference. The passing of these comets may increase solar activity, auroras and favor the concentration of cosmic energies.
THE ORGANIZERS
ISRICA – International Scientific Research Institute of Cosmoplanetary Anthropoecology – is an organization created at 1994 year by Siberian Department of Russian Academy of Medical Sciences (Novosibirsk, Russia), with which the Galactic Research Institute of the Foundation for the Law of Time has entered into a collaborative relationship. The work at ISRICA is largely based on original research of N. A. Kozyrev, and to a lesser degree, V. I. Vernadsky, as elaborated upon by V. Kaznacheev and Alexander Trofimov.
Kozyrev’s work in particular has been of interest to the Galactic Research Institute because of his extensive investigations into the nature of time. Through his astronomical and mathematical studies, Kozyrev concluded that time is actually a kind of information frequency beam transmitted from stellar cores (which his studies showed to be not hot and dense but relatively cool and more hollow, though quite complex in nature). Based upon Kozyrev’s findings, the second axiom of the Law of Time states: “The velocity of time is instantaneously infinite”. THE MEDIUM
During this transplanetary session between participants, information will be transmitted and received using various types of Kozyrev’s Mirrors.
EXPERIMENT BACKGROUND
What Is It?
“A Kozyrev mirror is a device made from aluminum (sometimes from glass, or reflecting mirror-like material) spiral shape surfaces, which, according to Kozyrev, are able to focus different types of radiation alike to magnifying glasses, including the types of radiation coming from biological objects. Kozyrev mirrors were used in experiments related to extrasensory perception (ESP), conducted in the Institute of Experimental Medicine of Siberia, division of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Humans, allocated into the cylindrical spirals (usually 1.5 rotations clockwise, made of polished aluminum – see picture to the left) indeed experienced anomalous psycho-physical sensations, which had been recorded in the minutes of the research experiments.
Kozyrev mirrors are created by enclosing a space which weakens the magnetic field of the Earth, and which then provides more human access to solar and galactic information. Through numerous experiments using the mirrors, the International Scientific Research Institute of Cosmoplanetary Anthropoecology (ISRICA), named after academician V.P. Kaznacheev (www.isrica.ru), has focused studies in a number of areas, including human psycho-physiology, pathology of disease and health, and the evolvement of telepathic fields and remote sensing. In 1990-91, a precursor of the rainbow bridge experiment was conducted and entitled, “The Aurora Borealis Global experiment on Investigation of Distant-Informational Interactions in the Noosphere and their Role in the Planet-Biospheric Homeostasis of the Earth.” The conclusions the ISRICA scientists have drawn from the experiments with the Kozyrev Mirrors are often startling to the Western mind, and can best be understood within the context of the Russian school of thought known as Cosmism.”
INSTRUCTIONS
Keep a blank piece of paper and pen near you and write the time and location from which you are participating.
- Begin by meditating on pure white radiant light. Relax into the natural state releasing your thoughts with the out breath.
- Attune to meditator TAISIA (see photo below) who will be acting as operator of the Kozyrev’s Mirrors in Novosibirsk (ISRICA)

- At 12pm UTC we will transmit the holomind perceiver image (shown below) to Valum Votan for 5 minutes. Focus on transmitting each symbol with full concentration.(please consult your local time @ http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html)
- After this we will open to receive incoming images from Valum Votan for 5 minutes. Register your impressions on paper and make a digital scan or take a picture of your notes. Make sure the time and location are legible.
- Please fill in the form at http://isrica.itriton.ru/ and send with attached scans or photos of drawings of the received images as soon as possible, no later than 3 days after the meditation. Please, don’t forget to attach to the form the electronic photo (or scan) of your received symbols (images).
- Results from this and previous telepathic experiments will be presented soon.
